Returns & Refunds

Jannah.SG prides in providing the best possible customer service and quality goods. All our items are brand new and have been checked for defects. However, if you have received defective items, you can return the items to us in their original conditions within 7 days of the purchase receipt.

Once the defective items have been verified and returned to us, you can opt for a refund or a replacement item of up to the same value. Please note that the value of refund does not include any shipping costs.

Important Note:

  • Buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items to Jannah.SG.
  • Jannah.SG is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. As such, buyers are advised to used a signed courier when returning items.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. No returns and refunds are allowed once the original packaging, price tag, product tag, or any accessories associated with the item is removed, even if they are faulty. 
  • Once the returned item has reached and verified by Jannah.SG, we will refund the value of the order (excluding shipping fee) via PAYNOW to the mobile number associated with the original purchase order. Please allow 5 working days for the refund to be credited into your PAYNOW account.

 

How to Return:

  1. Send an email to info@jannah.sg quoting your order number, name, address, details of the defective product and whether you are keen for a replacement or refund.
  2. Send the defective item back to us to the mailing address that we will provide you.
  3. Jannah.SG will notify you once your item has reached us and is eligible for a refund or replacement.
